This is a love hate thing. You will love everything about this if you have any sort of craft hobby. You will hate everything once you reach the till and realise the amount of money you spent. I’m joking of course as it’s all super well priced. But wait till you see the amount of stuff you buy… It has everything you can imagine of all various qualities. It’s a place you bring the family and sit and cry in the car at the sheer amount of stuff they managed to get into the vehicle.

I’m starting to get into painting, and I’ve been going to Michaels. Nothing against Michaels, but I decided to stop by Hobby Lobby, and I was amazed by the variety of supplies they have. Plus, their prices are much better!

I have to acknowledge a young woman named Cathy that works at Hobby Lobby in Elizabethtown Ky. I'm not sure if she is in management or not but she is usually up front. My 88 yo mother and I went there today looking for a specific 4th of July sign that recognized the 250th. We searched the store over and couldn't find it, much to my mother's disappointment. She settled for a different one. As we were leaving the store their happened to be one out in the front corridor on a display up high. Without hesitation Cathy came to see if she could help us. She was so kind to retrieve if from the display and exchanged it. My mother was so happy and I was too. I love seeing my mother happy over these small things and blessed to still have her to shop with. Thanks again Cathy.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Same thing as the last review happened to me today. The cashier entered each price manually by simply typing the amount of each price tag. ( I am pretty sure inventory cannot go well doing so but not my concern). When I told her the frame she had just entered in was on a display with a “40% off framed art” sign, she literally told me that it was not a frame.. I should have asked her what it was then as it was literraly a framed print. She did offer to remove the item though but that’s not what I wanted. I ended up paying full price but being stubborn I decided to get back inside and grab another employee to get clarifications on what was considered framed art as what I had purchase wasn’t apparently a frame. I showed her exactly where I grabbed the item and the sign sitting right next to it. She proceeded to verify online by typing the exact reference of my item and it was indeed on sale because it was a frame.. I ended up being refunded the difference. However this makes me hesitant to visit again. Please educate your employees on current sales and maybe what is a frame? She was nice overall but need guidance rather than tell customers they are wrong. I do not want to argue when i

I love Hobby lobby, but I get really upset when you have 50% off of items home decor and you get up to the register and she says not your price items. Literally there’s a sign right by the your price items and everything in there says your price and they won’t give it to you. If you’re not willing to give Your customers the half off, you should probably take down the sign near it
